Badam ka Harira:
Ingredient:
Clarified butter 3-4 tbsp
Grinded almonds ½ cup
Flour 2-3 tbsp
Sugar ½ cup
Small cardamom 2-3
Milk ½ litter
Water 1 cup
Chopped pistachios as required
Method;
In clarified butter add small cardamom and fry .then add flour and roast till than golden ..now add water ,milk and sugar mix well .when boil then add grinded almond and further cook for 10 minutes till than thick .finally pour in cups and garnish with chopped pistachios and serve .

Shab Daig:
Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Mutton mince 250 grams
White Turnip 250 grams
Carrot 1
Ginger garlic paste 1
Fried grind onion ½ cup
Yogurt ¾ cup
Clarified butter ¾ cup
Nutmeg, mace powder 1 tsp
Green cardamom ½ tsp
Whole spices powder 1 tsp
Cayenne chilli whole 1-1/2 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Whole spices 1 tbsp
Method:
In mutton mince add salt ,red chili powder ,almond powder ,onion ,ginger garlic paste and small cardamom grind and make kofta’s then fry in oil .now heat clarified butter and fry onion then add mutton meat then add salat ,ginger garlic ,turmeric and whole spice then roast .after this add yogurt and further cook .now cut the white beetroot in to 2 pieces then add salt then set a side .then wash it and fry .when meat tender then add thick slice of carrot ,spices powder ,nutmeg ,mace powder and fried onion then mix and roast and add 1 cup of water then leave dum when turnip and carrot tender then serve it .
