Galawat kay kabab:
Ingredient:
Beef Mince 750g
Coriander powder (roasted) 1-1/2tbsp
Small cardamom (powder) 1tbsp
Papaya (paste) 1-1/2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2tbsp
Aniseed (powder) 3/4tsp
Big cardamom (powder) 1/2tsp
Fried Onion (grinded) 3tbsp
Green chili(grinded) 2tbsp
Rose petals (dried) 2tbsp
Gram flour (roasted) 2tbsp
Yogurt (water drained) 2tbsp
Clarified butter for frying
Onion rings for garnishing
Method:
In chicken mince except for onion rings and clarified butter crush all the ingredients. Now set the mince for atleast an hour.
Then shape them into kabab and heat clarified butter to shallow fry. Serve with onion rings.
Khajoor ka Shake:
Ingredients:
Milk 2 cups
Dates 10-12
Bananas 4
Cardamom Powder 2 pinch
Ice 1 cup
Method:
Blend Milk, Dates, Bananas, Cardamom Powder and Ice well and serve in glass.
Mix Vegetable Karahi:
Ingredients:
Potatoes boiled and chopped 4
Boiled peas 1-1/2 cup
Capsicum 2
Boiled carrot 3-4
Tomatoes boiled and chopped 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Fenugreek leaves ½ tsp
Chopped black pepper 1-1/2tsp
Chopped coriander 1-1/2 tsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Salt as required
Clarified butter ½ cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Whole green chilies 6-8
Whole red chilies 6-8
Finely chopped ginger as required
Method:
Cut all vegetables thick and boiled separately. Boiled peas. Heat clarified butter add chopped ginger garlic and whole red chilies fry well. Add tomatoes fry well. Add all vegetables mix well. Also add salt, chopped black pepper, chopped coriander, cumin, fenugreek leaves, lemon juice and whole red chilies with 4 tbsp of water simmer. Dish out garnish with finely chopped and butter. Serve with naan.
