Makhani Daal Sabzi:
Ingredients for rice:
Boiled split green gram 1-1/2 cup
Boiled gram lentil ¼ cup
Boiled black gram ½ cup
Boiled chopped tomatoes 2-3
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt, chilies, turmeric to taste
Boiled potatoes 1
Boiled peas ¾ cup
Boiled carrot 1
Cream 4 tbsp
Chopped green coriander 1 tbsp
Asafetida 2 pinches
White cumin ½ tsp
Red chilies 2-3
Bay leaf 1
Method:
cook all pulses with salt, chilies, turmeric and tomatoes with 2 cup of water for ½ hour. Add bay leaf. Heat butter and oil add crushed ginger garlic, white cumin, red chilies and Asafetida fry well. Add potatoes, peas and carrot fry well. Add cream in pulse mixture cook well. When it becomes thick garnish with cream and green coriander.

White Tawa Qeema with Fry Naan:
Ingredients:
Chicken minced ½ kg
Chopped onion 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Yogurt ½ cup
White pepper 1-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Mace nutmeg powder ¼ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Tandoori naan 2
Green coriander 1 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp
Method:
Cook onion, ginger garlic paste, water and oil on tawa. When onion becomes soft add chicken minced, yogurt, salt, white pepper and cumin mix well, cover and cook. Also add mace nutmeg powder, lemon juice and cream mix well. Add butter and green mix well. Fry naan well. Garnish naan with minced, serve.
