♥️National Foods♥️Tikka pizza ♥️Ingredients

 

300g Chicken Boneless

2 tbsp National Vinegar

1 Egg Yolk

2 tbsp Sugar

As per taste Mehran Salt

1 tbsp Dried Milk

1 tsp Yeast

2 tbsp Semolina

1 tbsp Desi Ghee

1 tbsp Cooking Oil

As needed Water

300g Maida

2 tbsp National Chilli Garlic Sauce

1 tsp Oregano

Half Onion

Half Tomato

Half Green Capsicum

15g Black Olive

2 Green Chilli

250g Mozzarella Cheese

Cooking Method:

 

1- In a pan, add chicken, National Vinegar and cook for a while

 

2- Now, add  National Chicken Tikka Masala and cooking oil and cook for 2 minutes

 

3- In a bowl, add maida, eggs, sugar, Mehran Salt, dried milk, yeast, semolina, desi ghee, water and prepare dough.

 

4-Spread cooking oil in the frame and keep dough in it then cover it for 30 minutes

 

5- Now, add National Chilli Garlic Sauce, onion, cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, oregano, onion, tomato (slice cutting), green capsicum, black olive, green chilli, mozzarella cheese respectively

 

6- Now, oven bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C

 

Your tasty Chicken Tikka Pizza now ready to serve

 

Cooking Time: 40 minutes

 

Serve: 2
