Ingredients

FOR CHICKEN:-

  • Chicken      500 g   (cut it into thin strips)
  • Garlic       1 clove (finely chopped)
  • Mushrooms    1 tin   (thinly sliced)
  • Capsicum     2-3     (thinly sliced)
  • Sweet corns  1 cup
  • Salt         To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • Oil          5-6 tbsp

FOR SAUCE:

  • Tomatoes     5-6
  • Garlic       1-2 cloves (finely chopped)
  • Ketchup      1 cup
  • Red Chilli flakes   1 tbsp
  • Salt         To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • Sugar        1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Oil          4-5 tbsp
  • Oregano      A pinch
  • Thyme        A pinch

FOR PASTA:

  • Penne Pasta  1 packet
  • Salt         To taste
  • Oil          1-2 tsp
  • Water        As required
  • Cheddar cheese   Half cup (grated)
  • Mozzarella  cheese Half cup (grated)

Directions

Take water, put salt and oil in it and boil it on high flame. Then cook penne pasta in boiling water.Take oil in a sauce pan,put garlic,chicken,salt and pepper. Cook it for 5-6 min. Then add capsicum, mushrooms and sweet corns.Cook until chicken is done. Blend Tomatoes. Take oil in another sauce pan, fry garlic in it. Then add tomato puree and bring it to a boil. Then add ketchup,lemon juice,salt,pepper,chili flakes, and sugar in it. Mix it and season it with thyme and oregano.Preheat oven.Put chicken, sauce and pasta into baking tray. Mix it well. Put some cheese and thinly sliced bell peppers over it. Season it with thyme.Bake it until cheese is fully melted.
