Re-invention of shahi tukda
Recipe :
Bread slices 5
Sugar 3 tbsp
Yellow food colour 1 pinch
Milk 1 cup
Condensed milk 2 tbsp
Ghee for frying
Vanilla custard 2 tsp
Elaichi 2-3
Almonds and pistachios for garnishing
Method:
Cut bread slices in to circle shape, shape them like a flower with using toothpicks and fry till it turned golden. Place the flower in serving dish. Boil 1 cup milk add condensed milk, elaichi pwd, sugar and a pinch of yellow food colour in it. Now add custard in it and pour on bread flower garnish it with almonds and pistachios.
