Ingredients
- Chick peas 200 gm (boiled)
- Gram flour ½ cup
- Rice flour ½ cup
- Green chilies 8 – 10 (chopped)
- Green coriander ½ bunch (chopped)
- Mint ½ bunch
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili 1 tsp (crushed)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/3 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- For Garnish:
- Salad leaves 2 – 3
- Tomato 2 – 3
Cooking Directions
- Blend the chickpea in a blender and make paste.
- In a mixing bowl add gram flour, rice flour, green chilies, green coriander, mint, cumin powder, red chili, onion, garlic paste, baking soda and salt to mix by hand and make liquefy batter.
- Heat oil on low flame and deep fry the mixture in shape of pakora.
- Serve with salad leaves and tomatoes for garnish.
