INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup black millet flour
1/2 cup whole Wheat flour
1 cup grated Red pumpkin
1 tsp Ginger green chili paste
a pinch of Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Asafetida
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped Coriander
Salt to taste
1 tsp Olive Oil for cooking
METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients together, except the oil and make a semi-soft dough using water.
Keep covered for 10 to 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape into round balls. Roll out each. Cook on a non-stick pan, using a little oil, till both sides are lightly browned.
