Vagan Nakul Patata:
Ingredients:
Eggplant ½ kg
Potatoes 3
Onions 5 small
Oil ½ cup
Crushed cumin 1tsp
Crushed red chili 1tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric ½ tsp
Tomatoes 2
Green coriander to serve
Green chilies to serve
Method:
Heat oil adds cumin when it starts spluttering then adds eggplant, potatoes, crushed red chili, salt, turmeric, tomatoes and cook. When potatoes get tender then add onions and simmer for 2 minutes. Add green coriander, green chilies and serve.
Nakul Gosht:
Ingredients:
Boiled beef 700gm
Onions 10 small
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Whole all spice 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Tomatoes 3
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Ginger for garnish
Green chilies for garnish
Green coriander for garnish
Method:
Heat oil then cook meat and onion in it. Then add whole all spice and cook. Now take out onion and whole all spice. Then cook meat with ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, tomatoes and cook well. Now add ½ cup water with onion and let it simmer. Garnish with ginger, green chilies and green coriander and serve.
