Curried Sausages :
Ingredients:
Beef sausages 6-8
Boiled peas 1 cup
Onion slices 1
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Carrot slices 1 cup
Butter 4 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Curry powder 1 tbsp
Tikka masala 1-1/2 tbsp
Roasted flour 1 tbsp
Chicken stock 2 cup
Method:
Cut the sausages in pieces .then heat the butter and oil heat and add curry powder and tikka masala and fry lightly .then chicken stock and roasted flour add and cook till then gravy gets thick .now in a pan heat oil and add garlic and sausages fry lightly .after this add boiled peas , onion and carrot sauté .then add curry sauces and cook for few minutes .
Chicken Mashed Potato Bowls :
Ingredients:
Boiled potato ½ kg
Melted butter ½ cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese ¾ cup
Ingredient for Crispy chicken:
Chicken small cubes 300 grams
Butter milk ½ cup
Flour ¾ cup
Baking powder ¾ tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Boil corns 2 cup for serving
Ingredients for brown gravy:
Butter 4 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Beef stock 3 cup
Paprika powder ½ tsp
Method:
Boiled the potatoes and mashed .then add melted butter ,cream ,salt and black pepper mix well .now in chicken cubes add butter milk ,flour ,salt ,black pepper ,baking powder mix and leave for 3 to 4 hours .then heat oil and fry on low heat till than crispy .for the making gravy add butter and fry garlic .then add the beef stock and mix well .now add paprika powder and ketchup add and cook till then gravy thick .then pour mashed potatoes in a bowl and pour on corn and then cheddar cheese .then pour on brown gravy and serve .
