Chicken Shashlik :
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken ½ kg
Capsicums 2
Shashlik Sticks 4
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Green Chili Paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Egg 1
All spice 1 tsp
Oil as required
Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
Onion 2
Method:
First of all cut capsicums and chicken in cubes.
Now marinate chicken with black pepper, salt, green chilies, vinegar, egg,garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and leave it half an hour.
Then put chicken, onions, capsicums on shashlik sticks .
Fry in hot oil.
Chinese fried rice:
Ingredients
Rice (boiled) 2 cup
Mushrooms 1 cup
Cabbage 1 cup
Capsicums 1 cup
Spring onions 1 cup
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Green chilies paste 2tsp
Carrot (chopped) 2
Sausages 4
Boiled noodles 1 cup
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and add ginger garlic paste.
When aroma comes, then add finely chopped sausages.
now add mushrooms, cauliflower, capsicum, green chili paste, chopped carrots, black pepper and salt and mix it and fry it for 2 minutes.
Then add boiled rice, boiled noodles, soya sauce and green onions and mix it and turn off the stove.
Summer drink:
Ingredients:
Cucumber 1
SodaWater 1 bottle
Ice 1 cup
Mint Leaves ½ cup
Black Salt ½ tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Apple 1
Method:
In a blender, blended cucumber, lemon juice, apple, black salt, soda water and ice.
Now take it out, serve with mint leaves.
