Stuffing Ingredients:
Chana Dal 1 Cup (Boiled)
Small Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
National Cumin 1 tsp
National Ginger Powder 1 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
National Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Mango Powder 1/2 tsp
National Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Wheat Flour, National Salt and mix it well and then add Oil and mix it well again and then knead it with water (Knead Normal regular dough) After that cover it and rest it for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Now take another large bowl and add Boiled Chana Dal, Onion, Green Coriander, Green Chilli, National Cumin, National Ginger Powder, Ajwain, National Coriander Powder, Mango Powder, National Garam Masala Powder, National Salt, National Red Chilli Powder and mix it well. Now your stuffing is ready.
Step 3: Now make small balls of the dough and take a ball and dust dry flour on kitchen salb and press it and slightly rolling it and then filling the chana dal stuffing and then fold it and then again rolling it and then put it on preheated tawa and then cook it from one side and then turn the side and then put the some oil and then turn the side and cook it until it become into golden color from both sides. Now your Chana dal paratha is ready. Now follow this process for all parathas.
