Boiled spaghetti tossed with italian sausages and pepper with loads of cheese.
SPAGHETTI WITH ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS
Ingredients
6-8 Italian sausages, cut into diamonds
1½ cups spaghetti pasta, cooked
1 small green capsicum, cut into cubes
1 small red capsicum, cut into cubes
1 small yellow capsicum, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
¼ cup fresh cream
4 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
Chopped fresh parsley for garnishing
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add green, red and yellow capsicum, sausages and mix well.
2. Add salt, pepper powder and mix. Add cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mix and cook for a minute.
3. Add spaghetti, mix well and let it get heated through.
4. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
