Daal hari mirch tarka:

Ingredients

Split green gram 1-1/2 cup
Split red lentil 1cup
Tomatoes 2
Onion 1
Green chilies 2
Coriander 4tbsp
Ginger garlic 2tbsp
Cumin 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Onion 1
Red chili powder 2tsp
Oil ½ cup
Ingredients to temper
Butter 50gm
Oil 2tbsp
Onion 1
Cumin 1tsp
Green chilies 6
Chaat masala 1tsp

Bihari murgh:

Ingredients

Chicken ½ kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Roasted cumin 1tbsp
Crushed red pepper 2tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Papaya 1tbsp
Poppy seeds 2tbsp
Sesame seeds 2tbsp
Grinded coconut 1tbsp
Round red chilies 10
Tamarind juice 4tbsp
Turmeric 1tbsp
Onions 2
Oil ½ cup
Green chilies to taste
Coriander to taste

Method
Roast sesame seeds, poppy seeds and cumin on iron griddle, now take 1 cup water add roasted masalas ,salt,crushed red pepper, papaya ,coconut,turmeric and tamarind paste add this on chicken . now heat oil in a pan and roast round red chilies and onions, now add chicken in this roasted mixture & cook it on a high flame , when oil comes on the top so add yogurt , green chilies and coriander and give dam to 10 minutes then serve.

Rainbow salad:

Ingredients

Nuggets ½ packet
Carrots 1cup
Cabbage 1cup
Salad leaves 2cups
Boil eggs 4
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Boil macaroni 1cup
Black pepper as required
Salt as required
Olive as required
Potatoes 1cup
Cucumber 2
Tomatoes 1
