  2. NEVER put basil inside the sauce before it cooked. It comes in at last, when everything is finished. Seems he's not that perfect as everyone thinks.

  3. Too mutch garlic…. i'm sorry, but this is not italian Kitchen (it will be indian, thai but not italian.)
    Go to the next dish… USA HAS A GREAT PROBLEM WITH GARLIC DOSAGE.. its ridiculous.. …. respect Italy please.

  4. Tomatoes: put in a bowl and leave them inside the house. The kitchen is the best place.
