Chicken Shashlik Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg (Small Cubes)
Capsicum 2 (Small Cubes)
Tomato 2 (Small Cubes)
Onion 1 (Small Cubes)
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
National Coriander Powder 1 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp (Optional)
National Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
National Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
National Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp

Burger Bun 4
National Chilli Garlic Sauce
Salad Leaves
National Tomato Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken, National Ginger Garlic Paste, National Coriander Powder, National Black Pepper Powder, National Red Chilli Powder, National Salt, Brown Sugar, National Garam Masala Powder, Paprika Powder, Vinegar, National Soya Sauce, National Chilli Sauce and mix it well and rest it for 30 minutes.
Step 2: After that take a Shashlik wood stick and put a Cube of Capsicum and then put a chicken Cube and then put Onion Cube and then put again chicken Cube and then put Tomato and then put chicken Cube and then put again Capsicum at last. Follow this and make all sticks.
Step 3: Take a Grill pan or simple pan and grease with oil and preheat it and then place all sticks and cook it on medium flame from both sides. After that your all Shashlik sticks is ready.
Step 4: Now take a bun and spread Mayonnaise on bottom part of the bun and then place Salad Leaves and then place Shashlik stick and then put Chilli Garlic Sauce and after that spread Tomato Ketchup on upper part of the bun, and then cover it. Your Mouth-Watering Shashlik Burger is Ready.
