Ingredients
- Drak chocolate 60 gms
- Butter 150 gms
- Castor sugar 1/2 cup
- Dark cocoa powder
- Egg 2
- All purpose flour (leveled 3/4 cup
- Baking powder (leveled) 1-1/2 tsp
- For Topping/Filling:
- Dark chocolate 50 gms
- Butter 25 gms
- Olpers Cream 3 tsp
- Icing sugar 1/4 cup

Cooking Directions

Melt chocolate in double boiler

In a bowl put butter add castor sugar beat with beater.

Add one egg and beat well add one egg again beat moer till cream.

Put melted chocolate in batter mix well.

In another bowl put flour, baking, cocoa powder mix all these and sieve.

Now add little flour in butter mixture and beat with beater.

Grease 8 inch round pan pour batter into pan.

Put in pre heated oven for 20 minutes on 120C.

Topping/Filling:Melt chocolate in double boiler.

In a bowl put butter and cream mix well with spatula.

Add icing sugar mix more, don’t use beater
-
Now add melted chocolate and mix until it become thick.

Decoration: Spread icing on baked cake.

Decorate with chocolate flowers, petals etc.
