Ingredients
- 250g pizza dough
- 150g fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 100g prosciutto
- 1 medium tomato, sliced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 220°C (430°F). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
- Roll out the dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into an oval shape about 1cm thick.
- Bake the base: Place the dough on a baking tray or pizza stone and bake for 10 minutes until puffed and slightly golden.
