Ingredients:
Onion – 1 large
Flour – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tbsp
Pepper – 1 tbsp
Water – 2/3 cup
Oil – 2 tbsp
Egg – 1
Method:
Cut onion into ring.
Combine batter ingredients, folding in stiffly beaten egg white last.
Dip onions in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve hot.
