  • White or Whole Wheat Bread Slices: 8
  • Cucumber: 1 medium, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Trim the edges of the bread slices for a neater presentation.

  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each bread slice.
  4. Layer cucumber slices evenly on 4 slices of bread.
  5. Top with the remaining 4 slices, cream cheese side down, to make sandwiches.
  6. Cut sandwiches into halves or quarters, depending on preference.
