Ingredients:
Chicken breast 1/2 kg
Capsicums 2
Tomatoes 2
Onions 2
Chaat masala for sprinkle
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sambal oelek 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 kg
Cream 4 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Egg 1
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves as required
Green chilies as required
Direction:
Marinate chicken with vinegar, ginger garlic, salt, sambal oelek, yogurt, cream, cheddar cheese, oil, egg, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce and corn flour for 1 hour.
Now skew chicken, onions, tomatoes and capsicums on skewers and keep in oven.
Then bake for 10 minutes on 180 degrees C.
Then sprinkle chaat masala, give smoke of coal and serve.
