Ingredients

For the Beef Balls

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger‑garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp green chilies, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  3. Fry: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry beef balls in batches for 6–8 minutes, rolling often, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Make dip: While balls cook, mix yogurt, mint, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
  5. Plate: Arrange hot beef balls on a platter. Garnish with coriander leaves, red onion, and sprinkle with chaat masala or a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve with yogurt‑mint dip on the side.
