- (لال مرچ پانچ سے چھ کھانے کے چمچ (ثابت
- پیاز ایک عدد
- ہری پیاز ایک عدد
- لال شملہ مرچ ایک عدد
- اویسٹر سوس دو کھانے کے چمچ
- کالی مرچ ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
- نمک حسب ذائقہ
- کارن فلور ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ترکیب
1. پہلے بیف انڈر کٹ کو سلائس میں کاٹ لیں۔
2. اب ایک کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کرکے لہسن کے جوئے اور ثابت لال مرچ شامل کرکے تھوڑا سا فرائی کریں۔
3. جب لہسن پر تھوڑا سا رنگ آجائے تو بیف شامل کرکے اتنا بھونیں کہ اس کا پانی خشک ہو جائے اور رنگ تبدیل ہو جائے۔
4. پھر اس میں پیاز، ہری پیاز اور لال شملہ مرچ شامل کرکے ایک سے دو منٹ تک مکس کریں۔
5. پھر اس میں اویسٹر سوس، کالی مرچ اور نمک شامل کرکے ایک سے دو منٹ تک مزید پکائیں۔
6. پھر اس میں ایک چوتھائی کپ پانی شامل کریں۔
7. کارن فلور کو تھوڑے سے پانی میں مکس کرکے سوس کو گاڑھا کریں۔
8. تیار ہونے پر گرم گرم چاولوں کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
