Palak paneer daal:

Ingredients

Bengal gram boiled 2cups
Spinach 1bunch
Cottage cheese 200gm
Butter 50gm
Red chilies round 6
Cumin 1tsp
Garlic 6cloves
Red pepper crushed 2tsp
Green chilies 6
Salt 1tsp
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
Tomatoes ground 1cup
Oil ½ cup

Method
Heat oil in a pan fry cottage cheese and remove , now fry the onions in the same oil , now add ginger garlic paste , red pepper crushed , salt , tomatoes ground, and roast well , now add chopped spinach , boil lentil cook 10 min , now add green chilies, and cottage cheese fried , in other pan heat butter add red chilies, cumin and garlic , now pour this on spinach and lentil , serve.

Daal aur aalu ki kheer:

Ingredients

Milk 1litre
Boil potatoes 1
Boil lentil 1cup
Rice ground 2tbsp
Sugar 1cup
Cardamom ground ½ tsp
Powder milk ½ cup
Yellow color pinch
Almonds, pistachios 100gm
Silver paper as required
Jelly 1packet

Method
Boil milk , now in a blender add lentil , boiled potatoes ,yellow color, powder milk , a cup of water and rice grounded now blend it well , now mix this mixture into milk , then add cardamom , and cook on low flame , when it gets thick add sugar keep stir it .now remove , lastly dish out the kheer add prepared jelly , decorate with silver paper , sprinkle almonds , pistachios and serve.
