Ingredients
Mutton 1 kg
National Salt to taste
Vinegar 2 cup
National Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
National Chili powder 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
National Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Nutmeg ½ tsp (ground)
Yogurt 375 gm
Chaat masala 2 tbsp
Oil for frying

Cooking Directions
Marinate mutton with salt, vinegar and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
In a bowl add National chili powder, all spice powder, National cumin powder, nutmeg, yogurt and chaat masala. Mix well.
Then fry the marinated mince till golden brown.
Again coat the mutton pieces with yogurt mixture.
Then cook in steamer till tender.
Dish it out and serve hot.
