Ingredients : Daal channa 250gm
Onion slice 1 cup
Tomatoes slice 1 cup
Green chilli chopped ur taste
National red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Oil 1 / 2 cup
Salt to taste
National turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin powder 1 tsp
Method :
Bring a pan add oil
Add onion slice cook until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes slice .
Add all spice mix it.
Add daal channa mix add water as required. Cook until daal is fully cooked. Served with boiled rice.
