Foil Steamed chicken:
Ingredients:
Chicken 8 pieces
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Green chilies 3-4
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Lemon juice 4-5 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Put all ingredients in yogurt, mix well. Marinate chicken in this mixture for 2 hours. Take foil paper, put chicken pieces individually in it and keep in steamer for 40-45 minutes. Serve with fries or stir fry veggies.
Dum Kay Tinday:
Ingredients:
Apple gourd 1/2 kg
Oil 1/4cup
Onion 3-4
Tomatoes 4-5
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilies 5-6
Salt 1tsp
Red chili powder 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
All spice 1/2tsp
Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Method:
Heat oil, fry ginger garlic paste then add Teendy and fry for 2-3 minutes
Add all spices mix well. Add onion, tomato and chilies & pomegranate seeds.
Cover the pan and put on low flame till Teendy get tender. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Ready to serve.
Onion Ring Fried Kabab:
Ingredients:
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Green Onion 3-4
Garlic clove 4-5
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1
Cabbage 1/2small
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1tbsp
Vinegar 1tbsp
Egg 1
Green chilies 2
Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Green coriander 2-3tbsp
For Coating:
Egg beaten 2
Flour ½ cup
Corn flour ½ cup
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Cheese slices 1 packet
Onion rings as required
Oil for fry
METHOD:
In a blender add chicken mince and all ingredients, blend well to combine.
Add onion ring in the center of mixture then add cheese slice. Form kabab and give a shape of ring. Roll in flour, egg& crumbs then fry till golden.
Ready to serve.
