Chicken and vegetable Chowmein
Ingredients:
Chicken 250 grams
Spaghetti 1 packet
Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Medium cabbage ½ piece
Capsicum 1
Spring onion 2-3
Carrot 1 medium size
White pepper ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Vinegar ½ tsp
Soy sauce 2-3 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Method:
In water add oil and salt add then boil the spaghetti. Then in a pan heat oil and butter then 2 to 3 chopped garlic cloves sauté. Then chicken strips add and fry .after this add cabbage and carrot and fry for 1 to 2 minutes .then vinegar ,soy sauce and chili sauce mix .after this spring onion ,capsicums, ketchup and chili garlic sauce add and mix .finally add black and white pepper add then spaghetti mix and serve .

Channa Chicken Pakora kadhi:
Ingredients
Boil chickpeas 1 cup
Ingredients for kadhi:
Yogurt 1 cup
Gram flour 2-3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Onion chopped 1 small
Green chilies 2-3
Coconut Milk Powder 1tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
For chicken pakora ingredients:

Boiled boneless chicken 100 grams
Gram flour 1 cup
Salt as required
Crushed red chili ½ tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Green chilies 2
Green coriander ½ bunch
Onion 1 small
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 pinch
Ingredients for tarka :
Onion slices 1
Oil ½ cup
Button chilies 6-7
Cumin 1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Method:
In a pot mix all kadhi ingredient and make kadhi. after this add all chicken pakora ingredients mix and make paste and make the pakoray.then boil black chickpeas and pakoray add in kadhi. Now all tarka ingredients fry then do the tarka and serve.

Smoked Green Tikka:
Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt, black pepper to taste
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Coriander ½ cup
Mint leaves ½ cup
Green chilies 5-6
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Cumin 1 tsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Method:
In yogurt all spices mix then add chicken pieces. now heat oil and cook the chicken for 15 minutes. then do the coal smoke and serve.
