Chicken/ beef/ mutton boneless (in cubes): 300 gm
Onion chopped ( medium): 1
Yogurt : ½ cup 100 gm
Oil: 4 tbs
Fresh coriander (chopped): half bunch
Fresh mint: 1/4
Lemon juice: 1 tbs
Green chili: 2-3
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbs
And Bake Parlor Spaghetti, Bake Parlor Hara Masala Mix Sachet (inside the pack)
1. Boil Bake Parlor spaghetti in salted water for 5-7 minutes or cook till tender but still firm to the bite. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Mix 1 tbs of oil and set aside.
2. In a blander add fresh coriander, fresh mint, green chili, lemon juice and ¼ cup of water to make a green paste.
3 . Marinate chicken with 2 tbs of oil, yogurt, green paste, ginger garlic paste and Bake Parlor Hara Masala sachet for 20-30 minutes.
4 . Heat 2 tbs oil in a pain, add chopped onion and cook 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
5. Add the marinated chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes. Add ½ cup water, cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Add Bake Parlor Spaghetti toss it well. Serve hot.
