Fried Aalu Chaat:
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes (cubed) ½ kg
Green coriander ½ bunch
Green chilies 2-3
Finely cut onion 1
Finely cut tomato 1
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Whipped yogurt 4 tbsp
Chaat masala as required
Roasted cumin ½ tsp
Ginger (cut) 1 tsp
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Sev or papri as required
Method
Heat oil and fry potatoes in it. When it gets crispy then take out. Now add all other ingredients and mix well. Now add yogurt and sev or papri and serve.
Burger and Fries Pot Pie:
Ingredients:
Boiled chicken mince ½ kg
Boiled peas 1 cup
Chopped onion 1
Oil 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Chopped tomatoes 2
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Fries (cut in big piece) as required
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
Heat oil and butter then fry onion in it. Then add flour and also add chicken mince, boiled peas, chopped tomatoes, salt and crushed black pepper and mix well. Now put mince on baking dish add cheese then set fries and bake in pre heat oven till cheese melts and color appear on fries.
Apple Pie Shake:
Ingredients:
Apples (Peeled & cut) 2
Brown sugar 4-5 tbsp
Ice as required
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Vanilla biscuits 3-4
Milk 2 cups
Method
Put all ingredients in blender and blend well. Then take out in glass and serve.
