Egg Jalfrezi:
Method:
Eggs (boiled) 4
Capsicums (cubed) 2
Onions 2
Cloves 8
Tomato ketchup 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Cumin (roasted and grinded) 1 tsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Plain rice for serving
Method:
In a wok heat oil add ginger garlic paste and sauté well. Then add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, salt, roasted and grinded cumin and red chili flakes. Cook well. Now in a pan heat oil add cubed capsicums and onions. Stir fry well. Then add prepared mixture. Now peel off the eggs and place cloves on both sides. Heat oil and add to the frying pan, fry well. Then place jalferzi in a dish and add chili sauce. Serve hot with plain rice.
Bhuna Gosht:
Ingredients:
Beef ½ kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Oil as required
Coriander (whole) 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
Onions 2
Coriander, green chilies 2 tsp
Meat tenderizer 1 tbsp
Method:
In a beef add yogurt, salt, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, cumin, ginger garlic paste, crushed coriander, meat tenderizer, coriander and green chilies. Marinate for about 1 hour. Then in sauce pan heat oil add onions and fry well. Now add marinated beef and cook on low flame. Once the beef gets tender, place it in a serving dish and add lemon juice. Serve hot.
Chicken Flake Chicken Nuggets:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 300 gm
Corn flakes 2 cups
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Eggs 4
Corn flour 1 cup
Oil as required
Salt as required
Method:
In a chopper add corn flakes, garlic powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and salt. Chop well and set aside. Then cut boneless chicken in cubes and add garlic powder, vinegar and salt. Now coat chicken cubes with corn flour. Then dip it in whisked eggs. Then coat it in corn flakes mixture. Heat oil and deep fry them. Serve hot.
