Coconut fruit compote :
Ingredients:
Coconut milk 2 sachets
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Sugar ¼ cup
Mix fruit 1 tin
Milk 4 cups
Method:
In a bowl add coconut milk ,milk ,sugar add and bring it to a boil .dissolve corn flour in ½ cup of water ,and then add the milk mixture and mix well and set a side to cool .in a serving glass add the milk mixture and then the fruit on top then add again the milk mixture .finally garnish with fruit and serve chill .
Cream of chicken soup :
Ingredients:
Chicken with bones 250 grams
Cream 1 packet
Milk ½ litters
Chicken stock 1 litter
Flour 4 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Onion 1 small
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Method:
Heat butter in a cooking pot .add onion and garlic and fry for a minute .and add chicken and fry for 4 to 5 minutes .then add flour and fry for a minute. Then add chicken stock ,white pepper ,salt and milk mix well then cook till than boil for 15 minutes on medium heat .then drain .remove the chicken and chop the meat .then add cream to the soup and mix well then add the chicken and serve .
Nuggets tacos:
Ingredients:
Nuggets 1 packet
Tacos 1 packet
Chadder cheese 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Pizza sauce 1 cup
Oil for frying
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry nuggets for 5 to 6 minutes .then remove cut and set aside .in a taco shell add a little chadder cheese ,mozzarella cheese ,pizza sauce and then nuggets .then on top add both cheese .place the taco on a baking tray and bake on 180 c for 5 minutes .remove and serve .
