Makhani Paneer Matar Biryani :
Ingredients:
Chopped onion 1
Butter 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mix garam masala 1 tbsp
Boiled tomato paste ¾ cup
Salt to taste
Red chili powder to taste
Turmeric powder to taste
Cream 4 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Boiled peas 2 cup
Cottage cheese 1 cup
Green coriander as required
Green chili as required
Yellow food color few drops
Biryani masala 1 tbsp
Rose water 1 tsp
Boiled rice 3 cup
Milk ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil and butter .then add onion and fry then add ginger, garlic paste ,biryani masala ,salt ,red chili powder ,turmeric ,tomato paste and whole garam masala then roast .after this add ½ cup of water and cook for few minutes .now add boiled peas ,cottage cheese ,green coriander and green chilies mix .then in a pan add ½ cup of water , then add half rice .now add paprika mixture and the add remaining rice add .finally add rose water and milk and dissolve yellow food Color then leave on dum .

Kandhari Tikka Murgh:
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless 500 grams
Dry Ginger powder ¾ tsp
Green chili powder 1 tbsp
Pomegranate crushed 1 tbsp
White cumin powder 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Yogurt ¾ cup
Onion slices for garnishing
Green chili slices for garnishing
Lemon slices for garnishing
Ingredients:
In chicken add all ingredients except oil and leave to marinate for 2 to 3 hours .then heat oil and add the chicken and roast .Finally garnish with garnishing ingredients and serve.
