1cup dark chocolate
1cup Olper’s cream
2table spoon Butter
5 to 6 table spoon condensed milk or( add on ur taste)
Method
Melt a chocolate+butter in double boiler on meduim flam add olper’s cream and condensed milk in it and mix ir well all ingredients mixed . turn off heat now ganash is ready.
Let’s set on room temperature then refrigerate in air tight contanor. .. then u use in sandwich or cakes . Milk .coffee.deserts
