Chocolate Fondue

Chocolate Fondue 5 of 8

Ingredients

  • Orange rind 1 orange
  • Ground cinnamon 1 pinch
  • Caster sugar 3 tbsp
  • Water 120ml
  • Dark chocolate 150g
  • Olpers cream 3 tbsp
  • Fresh fruit 350g

     

    Cooking Directions

     

    1. Boil orange rind, cinnamon, sugar and water until sugar dissolve. Cook more 3-5 minutes until get a syrupy form. Allow to cool.

    2. Remove orange rind and reheat syrup.

    3. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate until combine nicely then add 2 tbsp cream and mix again. Reheat if necessary.

    4. Set fruit in a plate with bamboo skewers or salad fork. Transfer the fondue sauce to a fondue pot or set mixing bowl with a little flame underneath like a small lit candle.

    5. Decorate with remaining cream and serve immediately.
