Chickpea Salsa Salad:
Ingredients:
White Chickpeas (boiled) 1cup
Onions (chopped) 1
Tomatoes (chopped) 1
Cumin powder (roasted) 1tsp
Sugar 1tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1tsp
Mint (chopped) 1tbsp
Green coriander 2tbsp
Cucumber (chopped) 1
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
Olive oil 2tbsp
Ketchup 2tbsp
Method:
Mix every ingredient and serve it cold.
Fried Buffalo Wings:
Ingredients:
Chicken Wings ½ kg
Hot Sauce 6 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
Oil for frying
Paprika Sauce 1 tsp
Garlic Powder ¾ tsp
Butter Milk ¾ cup
Plain Flour ¾ cup
Baking Powder ¾ tsp
Method:
In chicken wings except oil all ingredients mix and leave for half an hour .now heat oil and fry untill crispy, then remove and serve.
Hyderabadi Chicken Qeema :
Ingredients:
Chicken mince ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Grinded fried onion ½ cup
Yogurt ¾ cup
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
All spices powder ½ tsp
Meat tenderizer powder 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
Clarified butter ½ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Finely cut ginger for garnishing
Onion rings for garnishing
Green coriander for garnishing
Method:
In chicken mince except clarified butter and lemon juice all ingredients mix and leave for ½ and hour .then heat clarified butter and roast mince .after this in lemon juice add then leave on dum .finally garnish with garnish ingredients and serve .
