Chicken Teriyaki:
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless ½ kg
Japanese soy sauce ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Green onions 2
Chicken bones 250 gm
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Chinese salt 1 ½ tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
For the sauce roast chicken bones and green onions on the stove for about 10 minutes. Then in a pan add Japanese soy sauce, chicken bones, green onions, sugar and Chinese salt with 4 cup water. Allow it to boil. Now drain the sauce and thick it with corn flour, set aside. Then heat oil and fry the chicken well. In the end cut the chicken in cubes and serve with sauce and rice.
Chicken Tikka Samosa:
Ingredients:
Somosa patti 1 packet
Oil for frying
Eggs 2
Flour 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 2 large
Green chilies (sliced) 4
Cumin 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Tikka boti 1 packet
Method:
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry tikka boti for about 6-8 minutes. Then take it out and cut it in small chunks. Now in another pan heat oil and fry onions for about 6-7 minutes. Then add garlic and fry well. Now add cumin, green chilies and fried tikka chunks. Cook for a minute and set aside to cool down. Then in a bowl add flour and eggs, mix well. Then on the samosa patti add the tikka chunks filling and roll. Now close both sides with the help of egg flour mixture. In the end fry on a medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Serve hot.
Qeema Cheese Paratha:
Ingredients:
Beef mince 250 gm
Cheddar cheese (grated) 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 large
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes (rings) 2
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
For The Paratha:
Flour 2 cup
Oil ¼ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required
Method:
In a bowl add flour, oil and salt. Mix and knead well. For the filling in a pan heat oil add onion, ginger and garlic. Fry well. Then add beef mince, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin, coriander powder and tomatoes rings. Cook for about 20 minutes and set aside. Now make balls out of a dough and spread evenly. Then add beef mince mixture, cheddar cheese and cover with another paratha. Now seal from all the side and spread again evenly. In the end heat oil and fry well. Serve hot.
