INGREDIENTS:
2 cups chicken breasts (shredded)
2 cups italia pasta (cooked)
2 stalks celery (diced)
2 green onions (chopped)
1/4 cup roasted almonds
Pineapple chunks
6 ounces Greek yogurt
1/4 cup no fat mayonnaise
1 tspb soy sauce
2 tspb pineapple juice
1 tsbp honey
1 tsbp italia olive oil
METHOD:
In medium bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper, and pineapple juice. Set aside to thicken. Now add, stir together chicken, Italia pasta, celery, almonds and green onion. Pour Italia olive oil, salt and black pepper and olives over the salad and stir to coat completely. Add Italia pineapple chunks Chill until ready to serve.
