CHICKEN CHEESE QUICHE
For pastry/base:
~flour 250gm
~unsalted butter 125gm
~parsely 1tsp
~egg yolk 1
~ice Cold water 3-4 tbsp
For filling:
~eggs 5
~milk 1 cup
~cream 200gm
~mozzarella/ Cheddar cheese 1cup
~chicken 1 cup ( cut in cubes and cook it with salt pepper soy sauce also u can cook it with any tikka masala or as u like)
~Italia mushrooms 1/2 cup
~salt and pepper to taste
METHOD:
In a bowl Mix flour and butter (with fingers dont use ur palm) till crumbs are formed. then add parsley, egg yolk , chilled water(as required don’t use much water) mix well. then wrap in a plastic wrap and put in fridge for atleast 1 hour . After 1 hour take out ur base and roll it with little bit of flour, put in ur greased round tin( I have used loose bottom pan) then prick it with fork then put aluminum foil and any Rice/beans/pulse for blind baking and bake for 10 mins at 180°C
FOR FILLING:
In a bowl add all the ingredients mix well (save some cheese for the top)
~when base is baked cool it for 10 mins and then add in ur filling top it with some cheese and bake for more 20-25 mins at 180°C and then serve
