Cocktail Kheer
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lit milk
1 tin condensed milk
1 tin evaporated milk
4 to 5 tbsp of desiccated coconut
Crushed nuts as much as u want
Khoya 1 cup crumbled at room temperature
1 Tin Italia Cocktail
Soaked n crushed rice half cup for 1lit milk n crushed cardamom
Method:
Dissolve yr rice in i cup of milk at room temperature..don’t add rice directly into boiling milk it can b lumpy.
When milk boil turn the gas low n add rice..let it cook till rice gets soften..add condensed milk ,evaporated milk, coconut, crushed pistachios n almonds n khoya 😁 turn the gas off.sprinkle some cardamom powder if u like ….dont cook it too much..leave it at lil runny consistency..it will b set n will b of perfect texture once cold n set..then add small tin Of Italia cocktail (do not add water)
refrigerate n serve cold 😍
