Ingredients:

Chicken 1 Kg
Oil 1 Cup
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Tomato 4 (Chopped)
Onion 4 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tsp (Chopped)
Button Red Chilli 15
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
National Black pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
National Salt 1 tsp
Coal 1

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add Cumin, Coriander Seeds, Button Red Chilli and roast it on medium flame for 2 minutes and then grind it and add Black pepper Powder and mix it well.

Step 2: Now take a karahi/pot and add oil and heat it and then add chicken and fry it on high flame with stir for 5 minutes and then dish out it and now add onion into the oil and slightly fry it until it become into white color and then add National Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and slightly fry it and then add tomato and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame.

Step 3: Now remove the lid and add fried chicken and stir it and then add masala (from step 1) and stir it well and then add salt and Yogurt and stir it for 2 minutes on high flame and then cover with lid and cook it for 15 minutes on medium to low flame. After that Your Angara Karahi is Ready. Now dish out it and garnish with Green Coriander, Green Chilli, Ginger.
