Beef Balls with Spaghetti:
Ingredients:
Beef minced ½ kg
Egg 1
Onion 1
Garlic 10 cloves
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Spaghetti 1 cup
Ingredients for Sauce:
Boiled and ground tomatoes 250 gm
Whole red chilies 6
Curry leaves 6
Tomato ketchup 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Nigella seeds ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Method:
In grinder add beef minced, salt, black pepper, garlic, onion and coriander grind well. Add egg mix well. Form into balls. Bake in oven at 180C for 20 minutes. Boil spaghetti in pan. For sauce, heat oil adds chopped ginger fry well. Add whole red chilies and curry leaves. Add boiled and ground tomatoes, nigella seeds and salt. When it’s thicken turn off the flame. Add meat ball and sauce on spaghetti.
Honey Chili Pepper Reaped:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Tortillas 6
Capsicum 2
Onions 2
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Honey ½ cup
Method:
Cut boneless chicken in lengthwise. Add black pepper and salt, keep for 10 minute. Heat oil add chopped garlic fry well. Add chicken mix well. When chicken is done add capsicum and onion turn off the flame. Add lemon juice. Add honey, crushed black pepper and ginger mix well. Apply mayonnaise on tortillas. Place chicken and honey roll & serve.
