Ingerdients:
rice 1 kg (boiled with 2 tbs National salt 80% cooked, keep aside)

for kofta:
mince 1 kg (mutton)
fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
onions 2 medium
green chillies 4
National coriander powder 1 tsp (heaped)
National red chilli powder 1 tsp
National salt 1 tsp
National gram masala powder 1tsp
nutmeg 1/2 tsp
mace 1/2 tsp
National ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
National Kofta Masala

for curry:

potatoes 6 medium (peeled, boiled & deep fried)
fried onions 2 cups (check link on the video)
bullet green chillies 8
kewra water with 1/2 tsp yellow food colour
yogurt 4 tbs
National ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
National red chilli powder 1 tsp (heaped)
National Biryani Masala
National turmeric 1/2 tsp
National salt 1 tsp
National coriander powder 1 tsp (heaped)
National cumin powder 1 tsp (heaped)
National garam masala powder 1 tsp
onions 2 large (grind to a paste)
tomatoes 3 large (grind to a paste)
oil 1 cup

Recipe:
(boil rice 80% with 2 tbs salt and keep aside)

(boil the potatoes, and deep fry them and keep aside)

1: in chopper add the onions, ginger & garlic paste, green chillies, salt, red chillies, coriander powder, garam masala powder, mace, nutmeg, fresh coriander, give it a whizz so that the onions get chopped.
2: now add the mince and National Kofta Masala mix it in the chopper till every thing is mixed up well.
3: now grease the palms of your hands and make meat balls, keep aside.
4: in a pan heat the oil add ginger & garlic paste, grinned onion paste and fry it on high flame till no moisture is left.
5: then add tomato paste, red chilli powder, salt, National Biryani Masala turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix well cook till the oil comes on the surface, on high flame.then add the yogurt and 1/4 cup of water and wait for a boil.
6: now add mace, nutmeg, garam masala powder mix it and add the meat balls, and cook till no moisture it left and the oil comes on surface, on low to medium flame.
7: once the oil comes on surface add green chillies, fresh coriander, mix it and close the flame.
8: to assemble the biryani get a large pot first add the thick curry at the bottom, then boiled rice spread it, then the meat balls with the curry, then rice, again meat balls with the curry, fried potatoes and the last layer of rice.
9: garnish it with fried onions, fresh coriander, green chillies, kewra water with yellow food colour all over the rice.
10: now cover the lid with a tea towel and simmer it for first 5 minutes high flame, then reduce it to low flame and simmer for further 10 minutes.
11: serve hot. enjoy :))
