Aalu Matar Chicken Ki Tahari:
Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless 300 gm
Green Peas (boiled) 1-1/2 cup
Potatoes (boiled) 2 cup
Rice 750 gm
Finely Chopped Onion 2
Tomatoes 3
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Mix Whole Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric ¾ tsp
Green Chilies 5-6
Mustard Oil ½ cup
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil, add onion and fry.
Now add mix whole garam masala and ginger garlic paste.
Then add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and fry.
After this, add chicken, water and let it cook.
Now fry well add boiled green peas, water and cook until boil.
Then give simmer for rice, in the end, add coriander leaves, green chilies and mix.
After 10 minutes take it out in a dish.
Baingan ka Raita:
Ingredients:
Brinjals 2
Yogurt 250 gram
Oil ½ cup
Crushed cumin ¾ tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
For oil tempering:
Whole red chilies 3-4
Oil 2 tbsp
White cumin ½ tsp
Curry leaves 3-4
Method:
Beat yogurt add salt, cumin, mint leaves and green chili paste. Now cut brinjal in round and fry in oil. Then set them in dish and pour beaten yogurt on it. Now heat oil add whole red chili, white cumin and curry leaves mix and pour on raita.
Gajar ka Jhatpat Achaar:
Ingredients:
Carrot cut length wise 2 cup
Vinegar 1 cup
Boiled fenugreek 1 tbsp
Chopped fennel 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
Nigella seeds ¾ tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Method:
Heat vinegar add carrot cook till tender slightly.
Add boiled fenugreek, nigella, salt, crushed red chili, turmeric and chopped fennel mix well left for simmer 10 min.
Mix corn flour in water add on it serve achar cold.
