Chocolate Cake:
Ingredients:
Butter 250 grams
Sugar 250 grams
Milk 315 ml
Almonds 125 grams
Chocolate 200 grams
Cocoa powder 30 grams
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Flour 315 grams
Eggs 5
Baking powder 25 grams
Salt 1pinch
Method:
Beat butter and sugar till it gets a puff and when it does add eggs one by one to beat it more. In a different pot add flour, cinnamon powder, coco powder, salt, almonds and chocolate to set it in the fridge. Now in the eggs mixture add milk and flour to mix it thoroughly and set it the baking tray. Bake it at 180 degrees for 45 mins to serve.

Potato Soufflé:

Ingredients

Potatoes boiled & mashed 3
Milk 1cup
Salt 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Flour 3tbsp
Eggs 2- 3
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Spring onion chopped ½ cup

Method
Boil potatoes and mash, now add milk, salt, black pepper, flour, eggs, mozzarella, cheddar cheese and spring onion mix well and put this in oven proof dish and bake for 15 min on 200 deg oven and serve .

Qeema Omelette :

Ingredients

Beef mince 250gm
Garlic 1tsp
Ginger 1tsp
Green chilies sliced 2
Coriander crushed 3tbsp
Cumin 1tsp
Onion sliced 1
Oil ¼ cup
Eggs 6
Red chili powder 1tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Salt 1tsp

Method
In a pan heat oil fry onion , now add ginger garlic fry for 1 min , now add beef mince and fry for 5 min , now add red chili powder , turmeric , cumin and 1 cup water cover and cook on low flame for 15 min , now lid and dry water , now add eggs , green chilies s, coriander and cook on low flame for 3 min , lastly sprinkle cheese on top cover and cook for 2 min and serve ,
