Ingerdients:
chicken breast 1/2 kg (2 inch piece)
coconut milk 1/4 cup
cream 1/2 cup
onions 1 large (peeled and boiled and grind to a paste)
khoya 1/2 cup (check the link in the video)
butter 100 g
almonds 2 tbs
dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbs
National ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
tomato paste 4 tbs
National black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
National turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
National salt 1/2 tsp
green chillies 2
National cumin powder 1/2 tsp
National red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
National coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
peel and boil the onions, discard the water and grind it to a paste.
heat butter in a pan and add the onion paste, ginger & garlic paste mix well and fry it on high flame till no moisture is left.
now add the tomato paste, chicken mix well and cook on high flame till butter comes on surface.
then add black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cream, coconut milk, khoya mix well and cook on high flame till the butter comes on surface.
now add the almonds, dried fenugreek leaves , green chillies mix well.
serve hot with naan
