Step 1
Place a pan over medium heat and add Butter and Sugar. Stir continuously until the mixture melts completely and begins to bubble gently. Allow it to cook until it turns a light golden color, creating a smooth butterscotch base.

Slowly pour Milk into the pan while stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Cook the mixture for several minutes until it thickens slightly and becomes smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Add Flour gradually into the mixture. Stir well to combine and cook on low heat until the dough thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan. Remove from heat and let it cool until easy to handle.
Step 4
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls.
Step 5
Melt Chocolate separately and dip each ball to coat evenly.
Step 6
Place the coated balls on a tray and allow them to set before serving.
