Ingredients
- Chicken ½ kg (boneless)
- Potato 3 (boiled)
- Salt as required
- Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
- Coriander leaves ½ bunch
- Green chili 4 (chopped)
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp (crushed)
- Egg as required (beaten)
- Vermicelli 1 packet (crushed)
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
- Make small cubes of chicken and boil it.
- Shred the boil chicken and add mashed potato in it.
- Then add all spices and mix it well.
- Make balls of the mixture.
- Dip the balls in beaten egg.
- Then coat it in vermicellies.
- Do the same method with all balls.
- And deep fry it in hot oil on a medium flame till golden brown.
