Ingredients

  • Potato 2 – 3 (boiled)
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • White chickpeas 250 gm (boiled)
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Tomato 1 – 2 (chopped)
  • Papri 2 – 3
  • Chat masala 1 tbsp
  • For Samosa:
  • Samosa strip 5 – 8
  • Potato ½ kg (boiled)
  • Pomegranate seed 1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 4 to 5
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Cumin 1 tsp (crushed roasted)
  • Carom ½ tsp (crushed roasted)
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Green Chutney:
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 10 – 12
  • Garlic clove 6 – 8
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Fresh lemon 4 – 5 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Drink:
  • Milk 250 ml
  • Almond pistachio ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Ice cream 2 scoops
  • Pistachio for garnish
  • Fruit Chat:
  • Mix fruit ½ kg
  • Orange juice ½ cup
  • Tamarind pulp 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Chat masala 1 tbsp
  • Black salt ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For Pakora:
  • Mix vegetable 500 gm (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Gram flour 2 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. For Pakoray: In a mixing bowl add mix vegetable, salt, baking soda, red chili powder, baking soda, red chili powder, turmeric powder and all spice powder to mix by hand.
  2. Then add eggs with yogurt and gram flour to mix.
  3. In a pan heat oil and make pakoray from mixture.
  4. For Fruit Chat: Cut mix fruits in chunks.
  5. Then in a mixing bowl add tamarind pulp, orange juice, brown sugar, yogurt, chat masala, black salt and salt and blend it with egg beater and make sauce.
  6. Now add fruits in a deep serving dish and pour sauce from top and serve.
  7. For Drink: In a blender jug add milk with almond pistachio, sugar and ice cream to blend.
  8. Now pour it in a serving glass and garnish with pistachio and serve.
  9. For Green Chutney: In a pan add 2 cup water with green coriander, green chilies, garlic cloves and mint to boil for 5 minutes.
  10. Now blend it in a blender jug with lemon juice, olive oil and salt and blend it smooth.
  11. Green chutney is ready.
  12. For Samosa: First mash the potatoes.
  13. In a mixing bowl add pomegranate seeds, Chinese salt, salt, red chili, green coriander, green chilies, onion, cumin, all spice powder and carom seeds to mix.
  14. Now mix potatoes and filling is ready.
  15. Now fill the mixture in strips and fry till it turns golden brown.
  16. Now in a bowl crush samosa and add yogurt, chick peas, potatoes, tomato and onion with papri to mix.
  17. Before serving add green chutney and chat masala from top and serve.
