Ingredients:
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Beef 500 gm
Carrots 2
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Rosemary 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Tara garam masala 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chicken stocks 2 cups
Water 2 cups
Pasta 2 cups
Bay leaf 1
Tomatoes 2
Shakarkandi (sweet potato) 300 gm
Method:
Heat oil on medium flame in saucepan, add salt, tara garam masala, turmeric and chili powder, stir for 2-3 minutes and take out in plate.
Then heat remaining oil, cook onion and carrots until soft and add garlic and beef.
Now put stock, pasta, bay leaf and cook on low flame.
Then add tomatoes and sweet potato, cook more for 30 minutes and serve hot.
